WHy MICRAZYM®?

Micrazym is a specially formulated pancreatic enzyme blend of lipase, protease and amylase that aids the healthy digestion.

It employs the enteric coated micropellet technology, an advanced delivery system, protecting the enzymes from being deactivated by the gastric acid.
Allows the release of enzymes in the duodenum, at a neutral pH, where the enzymes are naturally present.

how it works

1. Release of micropellets: the hard gelatin capsule dissolves in the in the stomach, releasing the micropellets.

2. Mixing with food: the small pellet size allows even mixing with the food.

3. Passing through the sphincter muscle: due to the pellet size (0.8-1.8mm), the pellets can easily pass through the sphincter muscle, into the duodenum.

4. Enzyme release: high potency micropellets enter the duodenum, releasing the enzymes where they help to break down proteins, fats and carbohydrates, aiding the digestion process.
